Collaborate with Department Head and team to plan strategies for individual series and various time periods for programming calendars.
Execute program and schedule changes in Scheduling database.
Prepare custom analytical reports for various departments and executives to review.
4 + years experience in network scheduling preferred.
Bachelor's degree required in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and experience.
Demonstrates proficiency in and working knowledge of scheduling systems and processes.
Understanding of the business aspect of network programming.
Knowledge of production economics and management, solid market orientation with ability to interpret audience and competitive analysis data and translate into programming and development objectives.
Strong knowledge of television and emerging trends.
Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, including the ability to work successfully within a collaborative team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as organizational, financial and managerial skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong Research and viewership analysis experience.
