* * Assist with the Page recruitment process

  • Conduct new Page orientation and training

  • Manage the production schedule, page shift assignments and backup coverage as needed

  • Assist with filling Page temp assignment requests

  • Enforce CBS policies and security procedures

  • Closely monitor guest experience and arrange accommodations for guests with disabilities

  • Resolve any issues that may arise with production or dissatisfied visitors

  • Supervise Pages on productions

  • Review and process Page time sheets

  • Manage expenses and billing


* * Experience in television production is preferred

  • Experience supervising employees is preferred

  • Ability to deliver performance feedback

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to maintain a professional and tactful demeanor at all times

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including some weekends

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to walk long distances

  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.

  • Ability to perform duties in a variety of stage environments

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
