Network 10 is looking for a highly motivated individual to drive revenue and market development for Network 10.
The Programmatic Account Manager will be responsible for driving Programmatic monetisation of long and short form
video inventory as well as display and mobile inventory across the AU market. This role will have a strong focus on
Programmatic advertising sales & data focused audience solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in digital media, with a focus on Programmatic revenue generation, commercial partnerships and revenue operations. The candidate should be an energetic self-starter who possesses a deep understanding of Ad Exchanges, Trading Desks, DSP’s, video SSPs and the rapidly evolving Ad Tech space. The ideal candidate should be someone who is results-driven, capable with numbers and possesses a strong capacity for building inter departmental relationships. This individual should posses strong account management and business development abilities, be highly self-motivated and have experience working with agencies & clients.
Reporting Line: Digital Group Sales Manager, 10 Interactive
Drive Programmatic revenue for Network 10 across AU.
Develop & evolve trading opportunities for Network 10 inventory via new & existing Programmatic partnerships across AU.
Meet and exceed Programmatic revenue targets and contribute to achievement of the overall performance & revenue targets of Network 10 across the AU market but with a core focus on Sydney-based business.
Work with key sales and operations personnel to develop a holistic approach to Network 10 media monetisation & help guide a collaborative transition to increased media automation.
Lead internal education around the evolving Programmatic space & encourage structured knowledge sharing across sales and operations teams within Network 10.
Ability to work with stakeholders across the nationwide business and effectively communicate cross-functionally is essential to succeeding in this role . Key relationships include:
o Director, 10 Interactive
o Sales Directors, GSMs and Sales teams
o Advertising Operations team
o Data & Analytics team
o Digital Product team
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Aide in the direction of open exchange, private exchange & Programmatic Guaranteed/Automated Guaranteed commercial strategy for video, display and mobile inventory.
Identify, prioritize and translate key Programmatic business requirements into operational projects with the goal of increasing revenue, improving efficiency, reducing risk and improving inventory performance across multiple platforms.
Cultivate an extensive understanding of Network 10 brands, products & commercial intelligence systems in order to provide the best sales solution to Programmatic buyers and their clients.
Focused development of all Trading Desk / DSP/ client relationships to optimise revenue across all brands within in the 10 network.
Organisation & integration of all Programmatic platforms / monetisation partners across the AU market e.g. various SSPs / Exchanges
Co-ordinate data based audience solutions via DMP partners for the APAC region, with a focus on creating commercial insights actionable via Programmatic platforms.
Delivery of education & training on the use of Programmatic platforms, data based opportunities & Programmatic strategy to internal stakeholders.
Display organizational and leadership capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of trading desk sales programs.
Person Specifications & Competencies:
2+ years digital media experience.
Solid understanding of the Programmatic advertising space. Specifically ad exchanges, RTB, and Programmatic trading.
Strong agency/buyer relationships and sound knowledge of trading desks, DSPs & buy side ad tech.
Proven track record of results and delivery.
Demonstrated experience structuring and managing negotiations.
Experience managing forecasts & a sales pipeline.
Self motivated with a strong work ethic.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Presentation skills both internally and externally.
Excellent interpersonal skills and capability to build relationships across all levels of management.
Knowledge of the AU digital media landscape and a willingness to adapt and learn new concepts.#LI-LG1
