Our team is responsible for the creation and management of unique marketing concepts and executions to help promote CBS Television’s programming, tentpole events, the CBS APP, CBS.com, and our premiere streaming service: CBS All Access. We directly support the Marketing, Network, and Executive teams to execute their market vision.
The individual hired for this role will report to the Vice President of Marketing and Creative Services at CBS Interactive Entertainment’s premiere in-house creative agency in Burbank, California. He/she will manage thousands of creative projects for display, partner requests, and social campaigns to be distributed across platforms within the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Facilitate the finalization of scope and stakeholder requirements across high profile launches; create and maintain highly-detailed milestone schedules and manage expectations, hourly.
Ensure stakeholder alignment and address obstacles and risks to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
Do daily critical analysis and risk assessment, offering solution-oriented approaches to daily challenges.
Run project management meetings, works with designers, executives, and stakeholders.
Manage creation of data reports for resource management.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Develop new efficient processes/best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Oversee project management software usage, data, and processes.
Work as liaison between NY Marketing group, Content Strat, clients and Creative Services.
- CBS All Access marketing campaigns for Star Trek Discovery, The Twilight Zone and other CBS shows.
What you bring to the team:
You have -
3+ years working at a major studio or entertainment agency.
Skilled at managing multiple deliverables (and across several campaigns) in parallel.
Expert knowledge of MS Office and; general knowledge of retouching, web design, and packaging processes; general knowledge of social media, banners ads, adaptive & responsive design, print production, mechanicals, video editing, motion graphics, and emerging technology. *Knowledge of Google Docs, JIRA, Asana, Avid, and Photoshop are highly preferred.
Must be highly organized, detail oriented and obsessive about the organization of schedules, tracking, and delivery of all assets
You might also have -
A strong understanding of new media creative marketing landscape.
Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, enthusiasm and a fine eye for detail.
The ability to work both independently and with a team. You can proactively gather consensus from multiple internal stakeholders when necessary, and be able to change tasks quickly based on shifts in priorities or urgent deadlines.
Familiarity with popular streaming video services and current TV marketing, advertising and programming.
