The Business and Administration Coordinator will support the Director of Business and Administration by facilitating a high volume of accounts payable. This includes working closely with internal accountants and external stake holders to insure timely payments to music talent, preparing SAG/AFTRA contracts for on camera and off camera choir ensembles, and preparing AFM session reports for on camera and off camera pre-record sessions. The coordinator will also provide additional operational support to the Director and assist with other projects as assigned.



  • BA/BS degree

  • 1-2 years music or entertainment business experience

  • Highly organized with an attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain detailed records

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve

  • Self-starter/strong initiative/strong work ethic

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong relationship builder

  • Accounts payable or other relevant experience is a plus

  • Experience with AFM and SAG-AFTRA session reporting is a plus

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
