Oversee facilities and operations for the LA Showtime office. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and have strong customer service skills. This person must demonstrate strong leadership skills and be just as comfortable working with senior executives as they would working with customers and vendors. Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and thrives working autonomously. Have the ability to develop solutions to facilities issues and prioritize execution such that repairs and office renovations while minimizing impact on the business.

Day to Day:

  • Act as first point of contact for building and office maintenance requests.

  • Maintain a culture of excellent customer service and a pro-active approach to support the company’s business operations.

  • Supervise the following employees: Facilities Coordinator, Receptionist.

  • Implement maintenance and operational programs to ensure efficiency and reliability of systems while maintaining first-class operations.

  • Help manage all vendor contracts in coordination with Director of Corporate Services.

  • Keep the office organized and running efficiently by helping to order office supplies and maintaining the reception area, kitchens, mailroom and coordination of deliveries incoming and outgoing.

  • Manage office reconfiguration, space planning and seating relocations in coordination with Director of Corporate Services.

  • Project manage small projects that will be on-going with business relocation.

  • Liaise with the building management/ building services to ensure on-going inspection and repair of building and building systems including but not limited to heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems.

  • Maintain a working relationship with CBS Corporate to ensure compliance and conformance with corporate EHS Policies.

  • Along with the Director, Human Resources and Corporate Security, review and constantly improve all security and emergency response plans/procedures for the SHO LA office location.

  • Complete additional duties as assigned.



  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management role

  • 2+ years of experience as a supervisor

  • Highly energetic and superior customer service skills and orientation

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills are required

  • Thorough knowledge of Federal and State OSHA regulations for general industry and/or construction

  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations

  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints

  • Able to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Mechanically inclined and/or handy with basic hand/power tools

  • Displays a sense of urgency towards completing required tasks

  • Ability to respond to emergencies off hours

  • Ensures appropriate follow up with customers

  • Strong project management skills
