The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of HR support systems maintained by the HRIS team. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring proper system operation, data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

  • Testing of system changes, production support, analyzing data for process improvement opportunities, and other HRIS needs.

  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

  • Prepares reports on data summaries, changes and trends for use by management.

  • Familiar with relational database concepts.

  • Ability to manage HRIS initiatives (small& large) from inception through delivery.

  • Assist in the change process to ensure business requirements are being addressed through HR systems and processes.

  • Ability to problem-solve and develop solutions that are relevant to and meet the business needs.

  • Ability to multi-task in an often fast-paced multi-function environment.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in information systems or business/technology related)

  • Minimum of 1-2 years HRIS experience. Systems implementation experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SQL and Oracle E-Business Suite preferred

  • Experience with advanced report writing and query tools
