DESCRIPTION:

CBS Corporation is seeking a Relationship Manager to support the Pittsburgh-based Westinghouse licensing team. This individual will report directly to the Chief Licensing Officer and will have a hands-on role in managing licensee relationships and supporting the growing portfolio of Westinghouse trademarked products. This is a full-time position based in Pittsburgh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and develop relationships with licensees for business growth.

  • Work closely with licensees to understand business needs and to explore opportunities for growth.

  • Conduct business reviews with licensees on a periodic basis.

  • Maintain strong relationship with existing licensees for business retention.

  • Work with management in developing timely solutions for licensee requests.

  • Stay abreast of recent industry trends.

  • Attend industry events trade shows to promote the brand.

  • Identify present and future business development opportunities with new and existing licensees.

  • Assist the team whenever necessary and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or business related major

  • 3 -5 years of experience in business; licensing experience a plus

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to self-motivate and multitask

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Aptitude for technology and learning new systems

  • Multilingual skills a plus

  • Ability to travel (10%)
