CBS Television Stations consists of 29 owned-and-operated stations, including 16 that are part of the CBS Television Network, eight affiliates of The CW Network, three independent stations and two MyNetworkTV affiliates. Among its stations are WCBS-TV and WLNY-TV (New York), KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV (Los Angeles), WBBM-TV (Chicago), KYW-TV and WPSG-TV (Philadelphia), KTVT-TV and KTXA-TV (Dallas-Ft. Worth), KPIX-TV and KBCW-TV (San Francisco), WBZ-TV and WSBK-TV (Boston), WUPA-TV (Atlanta), WWJ-TV and WKBD-TV (Detroit), KSTW-TV (Seattle), WTOG-TV (Tampa-St. Petersburg), WCCO-TV (Minneapolis), KCNC-TV (Denver), WFOR-TV and WBFS-TV (Miami), KOVR-TV and KMAX-TV (Sacramento), KDKA-TV and WPCW-TV (Pittsburgh), WJZ-TV (Baltimore), as well as WCCO-TV’s satellite stations KCCO-TV (Alexandria, Minn.) and KCCW-TV (Walker, Minn.).


Partner with Sales and other internal teams to develop creative and strategic media plans.

Enter and manage all digital media campaigns 1st and 3rd party systems (Wide Orbit, DoubleClick, etc.).

Act as the primary contact between clients and various internal departments (Ad Ops, Sales, Creative Services, and Integrated Marketing teams in Chicago & NY).

Oversee the development and layout of Digital Sales Media Packages and Mock-Ups and executing Digital Sales campaigns for the CBS Local TV Sales team in SF.

Oversee all logistics of scheduling, resource management, flow and placement of digital campaigns/ads and Manage Digital Sales calendar.

Assist in updating inventory sheets/rate cards for Digital Sales.

Coordinate online contests and sweepstakes with the Promotions, Marketing and Programming departments.

Compile impression reports at the end of each campaign and provide to AEs and Managers.

Work with web content team to conceive, design and launch new digital sales opportunities.

Manage Digital Sales calendar when it relates to "website takeovers".

Assist with proposal and presentation development for sales pitches.


Requires exceptional communication skills, proficient in excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop. Experience in DFP, Wide Orbit, Word Press, comScore and Google Analytics a plus. Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with sales people and different departments in a collaborative manner with an upbeat, positive attitude. High school graduate; college preferred.
