DESCRIPTION:

Primary duties include phones, calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, reporting expenses, and all administrative tasks that come with high level executive support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Requirements:

*The candidate will have proficient knowledge in Office, Keynote, Powerpoint, and Skype.

*The candidate will have experience working in unscripted television, with knowledge of key networks and agents.

*Must know how to source and develop ideas. Creativity is essential.

*Must be a self-starter, interested in creating unscripted formats.

*The candidate will need to be professional, detail oriented and a problem solver.

Preferred:

*Graphic design and/or editing background
